All persons intending to attend the Conference must complete a Registration Form. Please read the below registration information before you complete the Registration Form. Should you experience any difficulties please contact the Conference Managers at the email address given on the homepage.

Registration Terms and Conditions
The registration fee entitles all delegates to the following:
- All sessions
- Satchel: program booklet, proceedings/abstract book and list of participants
- Social functions: Welcome Reception
- Catering: Morning tea, lunches and afternoon teas
A student is defined as a holder of a student identification card from a recognised tertiary or secondary educational institution or international student card. Students must be studying full time to qualify for the discounted rate. Student registrants are entitled to the following:
- All sessions
- All official documentation including program booklet and list of participants
- Welcome Reception
- Morning, lunches and afternoon teas
Please note: A copy of your student identification card must be sent to Anastasia Martinez via e-mail to Anastasia.Martinez@unisa.edu.au
Without this copy, the full registration fee will be charged.
Day Registration entitles delegates to the following:
- All sessions on the nominated day
- Program booklet
- Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea on the nominated day
Your completed registration and successful payment will be acknowledged via email with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form. Your registration will only be processed or confirmed if payment does accompany your form.
Each member of the conference will receive a name badge upon registration. The badge will be your official pass and must be clearly visible at all times to obtain entry to all sessions and to social functions. The Conference Committee expect appropriate behaviour from attendees and reserve the right to revoke the badge and privileges of anyone behaving in an inappropriate manner.
Please note all online registrations require immediate payment by credit card. Accepted credit cards: MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Please note all transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to ‘Conference by Arinex Pty Ltd’.
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Managers (insert email link).
Registration Fees: Before 16 October 2016 will incur an A$50.00 cancellation fee. Before 14 November 2016 will receive a 50% refund of fees paid. After 15 November 2016 there will be no refund.
Social: Payments are non-refundable at 15 November 2016
The program is correct at the time of publishing. The organisers reserve the right to delete, modify or alter items from the program or to delete, modify or alter any aspect of the Conference timetabling and delivery at their sole discretion and without notice. Neither the host organisation(s) nor the Conference Committee will accept any liability for any loss or inconvenience caused to any party consequent to such changes.
The Conference Committee reserve the right to use any recordings whether audio or video and/or any photographs taken at any stage during the Conference for promotional, advertising or reporting of the Conference and/or its content at their sole discretion.
